Who We Are

Charles Stenger, President, started Samurai Enterprises in 1995, after 20 years of industrial marine painting experience. He is a U.S. Navy Ret., Master Chief Boatswainmate.

Nancy S. Huddleston, Secretary/Treasurer, has a background in fine and graphic arts and layout and editing. She studied at The Art Students League, Parsons School of Design, and she trained in specialized Faux Finishes at The Finishing School, Inc. in NY.

The name Samurai Painting stands for our commitment to deliver painting with the Bushido virtues of "rectitude, endurance, frugality, courage, politeness, veracity, and, especially, loyalty" to our customers.

We service the following geographic areas in Virginia: Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Suffolk. We also have painted in Gloucester, Richmond, Washington, DC. and New York City.

We are members of the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA).
